About Antrim Balanced Mortgage Fund

The fundamental objective of the Fund is to preserve capital while generating a steady stream of interest income. This is achieved by investing in a diversified portfolio of residential first and second mortgages in major centres of Canada. Target asset allocation is 75% in residential first mortgages and 25% in residential second mortgages. Maximum loan-to-value is 75% at time of funding.
