Venture Credit Union is a credit union located in Newfoundland and Labrador. It was founded in 2009 through the merger of First Coastal Credit Union Limited and Tri-Island Credit Union Limited. It primarily serves Central Newfoundland.

Venture Credit Union was formed in January 2009 through the amalgamation of First Coastal Credit Union Limited and Tri Island Credit Union Limited. The merger combined cooperative financial institutions that had served communities in eastern and central Newfoundland.

Today, Venture Credit Union serves members in communities including Glovertown, Gambo, Eastport, Catalina, and Twillingate. It offers personal and business banking, borrowing, mortgages, credit cards, investments, and related financial services.

Venture Credit Union operates as a member owned financial cooperative governed by directors elected by its members. Member deposits are protected through Newfoundland and Labrador’s credit union deposit guarantee framework.
